Brian was very prompt in finding us a hotel in Saint Augustine. The hotel was great and near attractions. It was all that we hoped for. Booked last year. Had a great trip planned to Southern Italy. Unfortunately, hurricanes Debbie and Helene hit the US forcing me to cancel. Hated doing that but Brian took care of everything for me. Will book through him in the future.

The accommodations were great. Loved the hotel Villa Carlton in Salzburg and Brian made a good call on the Vienna airport NH hotel too - made the trip home more convenient for sure. I can't thank our travel agent, Brian Steinfeld, enough. My husband and I planned for over two years to go on an epic trip to England, Scotland, and Ireland. Brian made it happen. Over many months, he worked with us over a period to plan a great itinerary that got us to where we wanted to be, with plenty of time built in to relax and enjoy things. Everything he arranged went very smoothly and met our expectations, and this was a complicated trip with a complicated itinerary. Flights, hotels, trains, tickets to events - he handled it all. At one point we ran into some frustrations with a train app, but he answered our "help!" text promptly (though 6 different time zones away), and checked in on us throughout our trip. Everything he recommended and planned for was a success. He was responsive, patient, and exceedingly helpful. I highly recommend him to others, and will most certainly use his services again. My family and I had an amazing experience during our 7-day cruise. We went on an MSC cruise with stops at Costa Maya and Cozumel. Brian was wonderful to work with--incredibly kind, generous, and detail-oriented--and helped me with complicated travel arrangements that involved a lot of research and communication with contacts at various airlines and airports to figure out the logistics for me to pick up my son in South Korea, fly with him to the Philippines the same day, and then fly back to the States together two weeks later. He found me terrific flights and hotel deals and was a delight to talk with; I felt so supported and safe and could focus on getting excited about my trip. My Mother decided she wanted to spend her 55th Birthday Celebration in Morocco and that is exactly what we did. I sent an inquiry to the Travel Advisory portal and Brian was the first person to respond asking all the right questions.
I had to pivot a few times due to personal and work schedules, yet Brian was kind and patient while navigating.
Once everything was finalized, Brian created the perfect international itinerary that was easy to follow. Regardless of time zones, Brian kept us updated in real-time. We used WhatsApp to communicate with the local drivers for our transfer needs...super easy.
I provided Brian with my vision for my milestone celebration, including three different cities – Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, and Brian delivered! Not to mention the price point was very doable per our budget.
Brian exceeded my 55th Morocco Birthday Celebration way beyond my expectations and I will only use Brian for all of my future travel needs.

I had never used a travel agent before, and I was skeptical, mostly because I didn't understand how they worked. I reached out to several agents, but I chose Brian because he responded promptly and was never pushy. Brian was consistently prompt EVERY SINGLE time I contacted him, which was a lot. In fact, I started to worry that I was bothering him because he would answer at all hours and never hesitate to spend two hours on the phone with me late in the evening selecting airline tickets or solving some problem. With Brian, I always felt the freedom to make whatever decisions were best for me and my family and he NEVER put pressure on me to do any particular thing. I honestly felt like he was always working in my best interests. He even lent a sympathetic ear when I would rant about the airlines and how they treated their customers. When we arrived in Rome, our luggage didn't arrive with us and ended up being missing for six days. Brian responded to my desperate texts in the middle of the night and got to work helping us locate the luggage. In summary, Brian challenged all of my preconceived notions about travel agents! All I can say is that I was very grateful for Brian's help when trying to plan my vacation! Travel planning can be at times very stressful. But in this case, my park tickets, airfare, rental car and resort accommodations were all taken care of to my satisfaction. I actually settled on a hotel. However after doing some searching, Brian was able to suggest an actual resort which ended up being way more spacious and comfortable for my family than a hotel, and it was actually less expensive. Going forward, I have no reservations about working with Brian to plan my family's next vacation. I really didn't do any of the leg work. I definitely enjoyed myself and my family had a great time.
